Special Coaches and former Paralympians lead them through drills and share their experiences along the professional athlete path.
Idaho School for the Deaf and Blind
A longtime relationship with the Gooding, ID school has created numerous programming opportunities for the students. Year-round the students visit for day programs from ski camps to summer camp outs. Teacher Jodie Hamilton created an “Adventure Club” for students to regularly experience the joy and healing nature of outdoor recreation in the Wood River Valley. The partnership has led us to expand ASL (American Sign language) classes for staff and volunteers.
The amazing trails in the Wood River and Sawtooth Valleys provide amazing opportunities for adaptive cycling for all ages and abilities. We offer:
- off-road/mountain biking
- gravel biking
- road biking
- Strider bike lessons
